There are few things in this world that pair as well together as strong, black, breakfast tea and the enchanting, aromatic spice of bergamot orange. This enduring pairing is wholly enjoyable consumed alone or with the addition of cream, sugar, vanilla, or any number of flavor combinations. Regardless of subtle preferences, this tea is rich, warm, and comforting.
For drinking black, we recommend steeping three to four grams of tea (one to two tablespoons) per 8 to 10 ounce cup in 205℉ water for 4 minutes. To increase or decrease the intensity of the cup use a hotter water or a longer brew time.
This tea also pairs phenomenally well with a bit of milk or cream and sweeteners. For pairing with creamers and sweeteners, we recommend using four grams of tea per 8 ounce cup, brewed with 208-210℉ water for five minutes.
