About This Coffee
Redd Summer offers a blend of two natural processed and two washed processed coffees. The natural Papua New Guinean coffee brings lots of red fruit notes, while the Brazilian natural coffee brings a rich chocolaty body and provides a classic, rich, and full-bodied profile. The washed Colombian coffee brings sweetness and hints of citrus to the cup while the Peruvian coffee rounds out and balances the cup.
This is a delicious combination roasted to be perfect for espresso or traditional brewing. We worked to create something memorable to capture the flavor and joy of Summer.
10% of profits go to help protect salmon spawning grounds (called “redds”) on the Russian River, the wonderful waterway that connects our cafes.

Love a great cup of coffee which Redd autumn delivers
i have gotten this for the past two years. It’s reliable and impresses my guests.
Wait, this well balanced perfect medium will keep both French roast and light roast drinkers happy in the mornings. This coffee is so delicious (along with all the Redd blends), well balanced and keep you wanting another sip. It’s something I look forward to every morning and I feel a little lost with out when the beans run dry.
I usually buy single origins, and sometimes forget how nice a good blend is. The Redd blend is delicious! It's smooth and toasty, I'll be ordering it again. They categorize it as a seasonal blend, I hope it's a long season!
