This coffee was chosen for its thick body and rich, cozy, flavor. The medium roast on this coffee both extenuates the flavor and creates a warm, full-bodied cup of coffee that is both delicious black and paired with cream and sugar. Our favorite days of winter are the sunny ones after several days of rain. We love the pockets of heavy fog that sit in the cold folds of wet hills. As the sun warms the land, the fog lifts and the green grass returns. This blend is dedicated to those moments when you can enjoy a steaming cup of coffee while watching the sun warm the landscape, spirits lifting as the warmth combines with much needed rains to renew our land after a hard, dry summer.
