Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, toffee, caramel. We select coffees for our Roaster’s Reserve series that have classic flavor profiles for medium roasts: decadent sweetness, balanced acidity and gobs of milk chocolate.
Producer notes: Our current Roaster’s Reserve lot comes from the Alta Verapaz region of Guatemala from the Flor de Rosario estate.
